BOYY Matt Jackson, Cruise 2022
This season, BOYY collaborated with artist Matt Jackson to create a series of still life artworks featuring a selection of bags from our CR22 collection. For the series, the New York-based artist conceived of and composed conceptual environments that correspond with the aesthetic characteristics of each style, highlighting the collection’s rich tones, silhouettes, and hardware.
Matt Jackson
Matt Jackson is a photographer and set and production designer based in New York City. He specializes in collaborations with fine artists working in fashion and advertising, in media ranging from photography and film to events and installations. Jackson is known for building involved and considered worlds, from the smallest details of a still life, to large scale installations in studio and site-specific interventions on location. Jackson has collaborated with photographers and directors such as Ryan McGinley, Roe Ethridge, Harley Weir, Ari Marcopoulous and Harmony Korine. Some of his clients include Calvin Klein, Proenza Schouler, Lanvin, Gucci and Marc Jacobs.
